Hello, my name is Leanne G and I am a female home carer with years of experience in the field. I have had the opportunity to care for individuals with a range of care needs including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression. I specialize in providing Hourly and Overnight care to ensure that individuals receive the support they need around the clock.
One of the key strengths I bring to my role as a carer is my ability to assist with various tasks that promote an individual's independence and well-being. These tasks include bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, and catheter care. Additionally, I value the importance of companionship and strive to create a warm and friendly environment for those I care for.
Outside of my caregiving responsibilities, I enjoy pursuing various hobbies. Walking in nature allows me to relax and recharge, while cooking and baking enable me to express my creativity in the kitchen. I also find joy in completing puzzles and engaging in activities such as decorating and gardening. Furthermore, I am an animal lover and have no preferences when it comes to taking care of pets – whether it be cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, or birds.
Caring for others is not just a job for me, but a deep-rooted motivation to help people lead independent lives. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
